About the Instructor
Dr. Gayatri Borthakur, a nutritionist turned entrepreneur, has a PhD in nutrition and a passion for delicious but healthy foods. She has years of experience teaching nutrition to dietetics students and also did extensive research on fish oil in heart health and lycopene in prostate cancer. Gayatri is very motivated in promoting good food and health.
