About the Class
Cool weather has arrived, the kids are back in school, but life is still hectic. Many nights we look for something simple, nourishing and easy to prepare for our family suppers.
Sun-ripened tomatoes, slowly oven roasted, blended with lovely leeks – this is the base for our Roasted Tomato Soup.
Crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside – English muffin bread – good toasted and spread with butter – a great dipper too for the soup.
Fresh, clean garden lettuces with a light lemony vinaigrette to finish off this evening meal.
Each participant will take home a quart of soup, a quart of salad and a loaf of English muffin bread. Join us for this hands-on class. All levels welcome. Fun evening for friends and family to cook together.
PLEASE BRING: An apron, Small paring knife + Cutting board, Containers to bring home a quart of soup, large salad, and loaf of bread.
