About the Class
We love to entertain during the summer months and are always looking for new ideas to liven up the neighborhood BBQs and family get-togethers. Everyone loves pie, whether it is a juicy fruit pie full of luscious fresh berries or a light and tangy cream pie with fresh squeezed citrus and cream.
Fresh fruit abounds at the stores and Farmers Markets – so there is no shortage of options. We will show you how to make 2 types of pie, one fruit filled and the other creamy. Cooking techniques, tips and short cuts will be learned. Healthy wholesome items will be created and you will leave with two fresh made pies along with detailed instructions and the know-how to recreate at home.
TAKE AWAY: Two homemade pies along with hands-on cooking techniques and step-by-step recipes for at home success.
SUPPLIES: Apron + Pie Pans
